Stacey Aitken
Co-Founder / Senior Consultant
Stacey Aitken has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, specializing in contracting, finance and operations. As an accomplished negotiator, her vision in practice performance has a proven track record in the medical arena.
Stacey attended Brookhaven College prior to moving to the corporate environment. She participated in the implementation of a major corporation’s first flex spending plan in Dallas, Texas. She completed courses in Business Leadership and P/L Management through this organization. She completed an 18-month financial internship through a merger/acquisition firm, focusing on hospital and large practice healthcare finance.
Stacey worked for a hospital system with a hospital-owned health plan, overseeing their Lease Network, later negotiating contracts on behalf of all areas of the system. As an advanced auditing tool in evaluating the intricacies and impact on specific areas in revenue, Stacey became certified in Medical Coding in 2006.
Today Stacey manages Solutions with Andrea Menicucci, co-founder. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Stacey’s experience has focused on combining the financial necessities of a medical practice with a work environment that breathes warmth and success.

Andrea has over 20 years of healthcare experience specializing in clinical development, operational and fiscal management of multiple business lines.
Andrea holds a Master’s degree in speech pathology. She has held regional clinical and operational positions for national companies including Community Rehab Centers, Rehabworks, and HealthSouth.
Prior to establishing Solutions, Andrea managed clinical and fiscal operations for multiple businesses in a local healthcare system. This included inpatient and outpatient therapy services, home care therapy and physician practices.
Andrea brings an understanding and appreciation in balancing clinical services with good fiscal and operational business practices.
